onsultancy and training is charged on a time basis and depends in part on the complexity of the work involved. Costs will typically be in the order of £300 per day for larger jobs; £45 per hour for smaller jobs.

ixed fees apply to certain types of work. For example:

All fixed cost estimates are honoured, and will only be deviated from where we have agreed additional fees for extra work.

f my work for you involves supplying new hardware or software, I will supply this at cost. I do not mark-up items acquired for you; I prefer simply to charge for my advice and time. Exceptions may apply for very small purchases or for second hand goods, however.
