elcome to the website of Rob Pomeroy, PC Problem-Solver. The site is here for the reference of my clients, past, present and future, but casual browsers will also find some information of interest.
I
have been messing around with computers for 27 years now. Along the way, I picked up a joint honours degree (Law and Computer Science), qualified as a solicitor, and provided I.T. support for a small firm for 12 years. This and my continual thirst for I.T. knowledge perfectly place me for providing support, assistance and training to personal and small business I.T. users.

hen it comes to computers, I have always had a bit of a 'do it yourself' mentality. Admittedly this is a good way of finding blind alleys, and getting into all sorts of trouble, but it is also an excellent way to learn. Where I.T. knowledge is concerned, I'm a complete Womble.
Have a look at my skills list; you'll see the results of this approach. This website is itself a sort of self-documenting comment on the things I have learnt: I created all the artwork, crafted the CSS and HTML, and wrote the PHP code that runs in the background.
